Refund & Return Policy

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong color selection

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your request, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to deny any refund that does not meet the above conditions.
